Philosophy

At Twin Creeks our philosophy and beliefs are very simple. We aim to provide children with a fun, safe and happy summer home. Campers will try new activities, learn new skills and make new friends. Each of these components makes Camp such a special place.

The most vital part of completing this series of goals is you, the counselor. No matter how nice our bunks might be, or how many great new facilities we add, what the campers remember most will be you, their counselor. You may teach them a song, show them a skill that is new to them, explain to them where you are from and what life is like there or simply listen and laugh along. You will make the difference and you will make the memories for the campers.

We offer 4 main program areas and offer a balanced program from these activities. They are Landsports, Arts, Watersports and Adventure. In each of these areas we offer constructive teaching and coaching of skills. Ultimately we want the activities to be fun and safe. Once again, the counselor will be the difference.
