Directions and Accommodations

Transportation to and from Camp

We offer round trip bus transportation to and from Camper. Bus spaces are on a first come, first served basis with capacity limitations per our bus company partner. There is an additional fee for the bus.

Buses meet at the Dulles Transit Center.

Campers leave this location at approximately 9:30am on Sunday at the start of a session. Families should be checking in by 9am to ensure a smooth, safe and timely departure. Campers must be checked in prior to boarding a bus to ensure we know who is riding which bus.

Campers return to this location at approximately 2pm on Saturday at the end of a session. All campers are released once the buses arrive; we will stay with campers until their parent or guardian arrives.

Safety and riding rules will be given to all campers by camp counselor chaperones and the bus driver.

We will notify you by phone, email and/or social media if any of these times were to change dramatically.

If you are coming from the Washington DC area and would prefer a less-direct route that avoids some of the hills and country roads, we suggest these directions:

  • Take exit 181 off Interstate 64. Exit for White Sulphur Springs, Rt. 92.
